Privacy Policy
This is a plain-English summary of how LyraMind handles information. A full policy is available under NDA to design partners; this page states our operating commitments.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, work email, company, role) to respond to an access request.
- Content you submit for analysis (e.g. draft disclosure text or a ticker), processed to return a result.
- Standard technical logs (rate-limit metering), the API stores a one-way actor hash, never your raw key or identity.
How we use it
- To provide the analysis you requested and to contact you about access.
- We never sell your data and never use your content to train models.
- Content is processed in-process by default and not persisted unless you enable saved history; a zero-retention mode is available.
Sub-processors
Static hosting (Vercel), form processing for access requests (Web3Forms), and (only when you explicitly enable the live-model panel) the model providers you choose (Anthropic / OpenAI / Google), via their zero-retention API tiers. A current sub-processor list is available under NDA.
Your choices
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time via the contact form. On termination of a pilot, your content is deleted on request.
This summary is provided for transparency and is not a substitute for the executed agreement governing a paid engagement.
