LyraMind is an information and analysis tool. It provides interpretation of publicly and commercially available information: what the market appears to expect, where evidence and signals disagree, and how the assumptions behind an investment may be changing. LyraMind does not provide investment advice, does not make buy or sell recommendations, does not produce a single buy/sell score, and is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Nothing in the service is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any investment strategy. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
LyraMind does not act as your fiduciary and does not tailor recommendations to your particular financial situation, objectives, or needs. Outputs are analytical and informational, and are the same class of interpretation regardless of any account information you provide. Consult your own licensed financial, legal, and tax advisers before acting.
LyraMind draws on public sources (e.g., SEC EDGAR, Federal Reserve/FRED, BLS, BEA, CFTC), commercially licensed data providers, and, where applicable, customer-provided data. Information may be incomplete, delayed, derived, or contain errors, and third-party data is subject to the terms and limitations of its providers. Certain data is delayed or reported on a lag (for example, institutional-ownership disclosures are quarterly and insider filings are reported after the fact); the service labels freshness where practical, and such data must not be treated as real-time or current. LyraMind makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness of any information.
Conclusions labeled as interpretations or inferences (as opposed to observed, sourced facts) are probabilistic and uncertain. Historical patterns, hit rates, and analogues describe the past and are not predictions and not a guarantee of future results. No statement in the service should be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading or investment decision.
LyraMind makes no representation or warranty that use of the service will result in profit, avoid loss, or achieve any particular investment result. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
LyraMind does not execute trades, route orders, custody assets, or move funds, and does not connect to your brokerage to transact. Any broker or portfolio connections are read-only where offered.
Data you provide (portfolios, theses, notes, and any research you are licensed to use) is treated as your confidential information, is used only to provide the service to you, is kept within your tenant, is not used to train models or shared across customers without your permission, and is not added to any global dataset. You represent that you have the rights to provide any data you upload.
Certain data is provided by third parties and is subject to their terms, which may limit display, redistribution, storage, and use. Your use of such data through the service is subject to those terms, and additional third-party notices may apply.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." LyraMind does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LyraMind and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or trading losses, arising out of or relating to the service, even if advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LyraMind's total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim. (Specific caps and carve-outs to be set by counsel and the customer agreement.)
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the service and all information are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your agreement (to be finalized by counsel). LyraMind may update these terms; the "last updated" date will reflect changes. Where a signed customer agreement exists, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict.
